Both my wife and I use KeePass on our machines. We, as you might expect, have a lot of common accounts and passwords, but we also have our own separate one's too. For example, the ability to log into an app 'search for entry with...' we need to have separate accounts (we don't want to be using each others logins for our apps, but have our own). But we share same club card etc.
If we use separate databases, then I have to update both when a common password changes. If we use one database, then we can't have two entries for one app (using 'search for...').
One solution may be the ability to open two databases (a shared and a personal database), another solution may be the ability to log in to a database as different users and therefore have different priorities or context as to an entry.
