Created Unassigned: No FTPS and IPv6 Support (EPSV) and [588]

Hi there!

If I try to connect to my DB over IPv6 my FileZilla Server say Error 500 use EPSV on IPv6 because PASV is IPv4 only. And if I try to connect via FTPS then the Client crashs.

The latest Version is installed.
