If the user installs KP2A on Android 6+ and trys to save a Attachment from a Remote Database, Access to local storage is denied, because KP2A has not the Android permission to access local storage. With this, KP2A should ask for permission not only, when it trys to open a local database, it should ask the same before it save a attachment.
